PAYMENTS

​

When booking, a deposit of 50% of the booking amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of your stay.

CANCELLATION

If you cancel more than 6 weeks before the start of your stay, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.  No refund will be given for cancellations within 6 weeks.

DAMAGE and INCIDENTALS

You will be held responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

We demand a security deposit of 25% of the rate to be paid when booking. If you leave the accommodation tidy and no damage is found, the deposit will be refunded within 14 days.

WATER CONSUMPTION

As in this region water is rare and precious, we ask you to reduce your water consumption and use water as economically as possible.

​

POOL MAINTENANCE

We ask our guests to keep the pool clean by daily putting the robot into the water for approx. 90' and clean the water surface with the netted skimmer when necessary.

Once a week our housekeeper comes to check the condition of the water and performs a thorough general cleaning of the pool.
